I use fraps. I use it because the quality is amazingly high. But at a cost. The file size is huge. I use adobe premier to edit, and add music, and then I render it uncompressed and then i use Virtual Dub Mod to compress it into a smaller yet still high quality file size.
Some people like game cam because it compresses while it records but at the cost of lesser quality. Still a good program none the less.
